1. Sponsor. The Drotto 2026 Holiday Gift Card Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Crossroads Metal Works LLC d/b/a Drotto, 23810 467th Avenue, Colman, SD 57017 ("Sponsor" or "Drotto").

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, retailers and agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children, and each of their spouses) and household members, are not eligible. Void in Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Giveaway Period. The Giveaway begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on October 28, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 20, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter. There are three ways to enter. An "Eligible Purchase" means a new Drotto Catch & Release Boat Latch purchased during the Giveaway Period. Parts, accessories, and open-box, used or refurbished latches are not Eligible Purchases.

• Online Purchase: Make an Eligible Purchase at DrottoProducts.com to receive ten (10) entries. Entries are made automatically using the name and contact information provided at checkout.
• Retailer Purchase: Make an Eligible Purchase from any authorized retailer, then email a legible photo or scan of your receipt showing the retailer name, purchase date and Drotto latch purchased, along with your full name, mailing address and phone number, to giveaways@drottoproducts.com with the subject line "Retailer Entry." A qualifying Retailer Purchase receives five (5) entries. Each receipt may be submitted only once.
• Free Entry (No Purchase): Email your full name, mailing address, phone number and date of birth to giveaways@drottoproducts.com with the subject line "Free Entry." A Free Entry receives one (1) entry. Limit one (1) Free Entry per person.

Entries are awarded per person, not per latch purchased. An entrant who qualifies under more than one entry method will receive only the number of entries for the method with the highest number of entries; entries are not combined. Additional submissions by the same person will be disregarded. All emailed entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on December 20, 2026. Entries from orders that are canceled or fully refunded before the drawing will be void. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, late, or generated by automated or bulk means will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected or undeliverable email. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter.

5. Prizes. Three (3) prizes will be awarded:

• 1st Prize (1): One $500 gift card. Approximate retail value (ARV): $500.
• 2nd Prize (1): One $300 gift card. ARV: $300.
• 3rd Prize (1): One $200 gift card. ARV: $200.

Each winner may choose a gift card from one of the following retailers: DrottoProducts.com, Scheels, Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's.

Total ARV of all prizes: $1,000. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms and conditions. Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person and per household. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

6. Drawing and Odds. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor on or about December 22, 2026. The first entry drawn wins the 1st Prize, the second the 2nd Prize, and the third the 3rd Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and on each entrant's entry method, as described in Section 4.

7. Winner Notification. Potential winners will be notified by email on or about December 22, 2026. A potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of the notification email. Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability release. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is found ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. When replying, each winner will choose their gift card retailer and provide a U.S. mailing address if Sponsor does not already have one on file. Gift cards will be mailed to the winner within four (4) weeks after winner verification. Sponsor is not responsible for gift cards lost or delayed in the mail.

8. Publicity. Winners will be announced on Sponsor's Facebook and Instagram pages on or about December 22, 2026. Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor to use the winner's first name, last initial, city and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. General Conditions. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules, and to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it cannot run as planned due to fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control. In that case, Sponsor may select winners from eligible entries received before the action was taken.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, retailers, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize.

11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway and is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Submitting an entry by email does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

12. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any class action, in the state or federal courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota.

13. Winners Announcement. Winners' first names, last initials, cities and states will be posted on Sponsor's Facebook and Instagram pages on or about December 22, 2026. Sponsor will not provide winner information by email or upon individual request.

14. Not Affiliated. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Scheels, Bass Pro Shops, Cabela's or any other retailer. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
